Dr. Jonathan Land, Thanks for the response, but you still left out your full address, as this will reflect in the application were are making, with this in mind to avoid further delay i took the liberty of securing the application forms for the release of the funds into your account. I am sending a specimen of this forms, please fill and send back to me. Dr. Hamza. OK, I'll have my accountant check these out on Monday, and I'll send them out then. I'm getting all excited and tingly, but that has nothing to do with my ass hurting as I mentioned before.
